About Carla:
Carla is a passionate women’s health physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience working in hospitals, private practices, and various healthcare settings. For more than six years, she has worked in women’s health, receiving comprehensive training from the Royal Hospital for Women. Carla has collaborated with a wide range of doctors and healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible. She has helped many individuals manage and recover from various pelvic health issues, guiding them back to their everyday lives. Carla has also pursued further studies in pelvic health at Melbourne University and is currently working towards her APA Women's, Men's, and Pelvic Health Titling.
In addition to physiotherapy, Carla is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, often incorporating these practices into her treatments for a more holistic approach. Outside of work, she loves spending in nature with her son and pup.
