Katie

Katie is a dedicated and highly motivated Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist who recently relocated to Sydney from the UK. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Northumbria University while competing in high-performance netball, which sparked her passion for human anatomy, physiology, and injury rehabilitation. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Physiotherapy from York St John University.

Katie has gained extensive experience working across both inpatient trauma and orthopaedics, as well as outpatient MSK settings. She progressed to a role as a Specialist MSK and Orthopaedic Outpatient Physiotherapist in York, UK, where she refined her skills in injury rehabilitation and patient care. Alongside this, she worked as a Physiotherapist for Old Brodleians Rugby Club, providing pitch-side first aid and supporting players through rehabilitation.

Known for her kind, empathetic, and evidence-based approach, Katie was recognised with an award at her previous hospital. She is deeply committed to her patients' recovery, taking the time to understand their unique needs and goals to provide tailored treatment plans.

She strongly values teamwork, integrity, and openness—principles that align closely with IsoPhysio’s commitment to patient-centered care. She believes in educating and empowering her patients, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their recovery for the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys playing netball, attending pilates classes and exploring Sydneys outdoors and beaches.
