Sophie has been with ISO Physiotherapy since day one — now over 7 years ago — and has been a key part of the clinic’s growth into what it is today. As our senior administrator, she’s often the first friendly face you’ll see, helping patients feel welcome and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

Before joining ISO, Sophie spent over 25 years running a successful women’s fashion business with her husband, Yacov. Managing multiple stores — at one stage across four locations — she led a team of over 20 staff and built a reputation for her genuine passion for customer care. Creating a welcoming environment and building strong client relationships was always at the heart of what she did, and she brings that same energy and experience into the clinic every day. Her role has been instrumental in shaping the reception and patient experience at ISO — quite simply, the clinic wouldn’t run the same without her.

Outside the clinic, Sophie is a proud mum of three and a grandmother to four. She loves Israeli dancing, travelling with her husband, and is currently learning Hebrew to complement her passion for dance.
