Ploy is one of the latest additions to the ISO pilates team and wears a few different hats: fitness instructor, dancer and sport and exercise science student. She has been teaching pilates, barre and HIIT for over four years and is incredibly passionate about helping people build strength, improve technique, and manage injuries (having had many herself as a dancer). She loves pilates and believes in its ability to help people move better as there is such a strong focus on strengthening the core, stability vs. mobility of different muscle groups, and correct alignment. The most rewarding thing about teaching for Ploy is seeing her clients get stronger, feel better and challenge themselves.
