We are excited to introduce our Group Pilates program, specifically designed for groups of three individuals.

At ISO Physio, we pride ourselves on providing expert guidance and personalised attention to each participant. Our certified Pilates instructors have a deep understanding of how the human body works and moves, allowing them to customise each session according to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our instructors will ensure that you feel supported and challenged throughout your journey.

To ensure the highest quality of instruction and individual attention, our Pilates classes will be capped at three participants per class. This intimate setting allows our certified Pilates instructor to personalise the exercises and provide the necessary supervision and guidance.

In our small group sessions, you will have access to a range of equipment, including a reformer, tower, wander chair, and engaging mat exercises. This diverse selection ensures a comprehensive Pilates experience that targets core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.

*Please be informed that for the Group Pilates class to proceed, a minimum of two participants is required. In the event that the minimum participant requirement is not met, the class may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
